Dogs Dressed Like Their Owners by Sebastian Magnani
This is a project that has been really useful to look at. It shows humans as their pets in a fun and interactive way. It highlights to bonds and relationships humans have with their pets and this is something we want to high light through our pet plan party.
Pet treat recipe:
Below are a few recipe that we have researched into. One part of our pet party is that their is a chance to learn how to backs your loved pets healthy tasty treats . We felt that it would be benifical for us to learn about these treats and also find recipes for things like recipe cards
Primary research :
Firstly we conducted some secondary research into pet photography to gain a better understanding into it and then we tackled it ourselfs. We did not want to use other peoples photographs for this project as we wanted to capture a certain look and feel so thought It would be best to do the photos ourselfs using real life animals. By doing this we have got a better set of photos to work with that are real and genuine relationships that have been captured
Selection of pet related research :
Myself and Lisa have done a lot of research together into different pet related things from food to grooming to adopting (see Lisa's blog for more details). From looking into pet related design it has been useful to see how designers relate to both pet and owner in clever ways which is something we want to achieve they day is for both the pet an owner so it must seem appealing for both
