The concept me and greta have decided to go for splits the brief in two. The first half of the brief is the adoption process. This will be the concept that we will project in our work and campaign it will be an adoption process for us to adopt bands. We will have to ensure that our tone is coherent with this concept, it will be kind, caring with a sense of security, qualities that parents have with children.
The purpose of ‘Adopt A Band’ for us is to familiarise ourselves with client work as well as gaining experience within the music sector and learning targeted campaign logistics, marketing strategies, project management. Finding ways to start a proffesional conversation between creatives and potential clients.
Which leads onto the second half of the brief which will be doing the practical work for the bands that have volunteered to be adopted. Which will range from logos, promotional goods, merchandise, LP design, music videos, we will take care of their visual needs.
We will have to discover how to reach out to musicians and also decided on a strategy for the adoption process how we make sure that the band is right for us and and us for the band, it will have to be a partnership that works harmoniously to achieve the adoptive feel.
